A #HangoutWithCERN is a virtual tour where we show you around CERN, visit experimental sites and speak with physicists, engineers and more. But most importantly, we answer your questions.

The weekly “Hangout with CERN” sessions are broadcast live on CERN's Google+ and YouTube pages. You can post your questions in advance, either in the comments below each event invitation on Google+ or on Twitter to @CERN with the hashtag #askCERN. We'll pick the best ones to answer and we may even invite you to participate in the live hangout!

Please note: The “Hangout with CERN” sessions provide an informal exchange between the staff and users of CERN and members of the public. Hangouts are recorded live and recordings are retained on Google+, YouTube and the CERN Document Server. CERN does not necessarily support the views expressed during the hangout by the participants. As with any live recording, there is the possibility of errors in information. All participants must adhere to Google’s policies and principles for Hangouts On Air.
